Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
The LEGO Group is seeking a Privacy Manager to provide practical privacy and data protection guidance across an international organisation. You will translate legal requirements into usable guidance, support assessments and internal inquiries, and monitor developments in data protection, employment privacy and digital regulation.
You will join a small, global Privacy Office and help turn privacy requirements into proportionate solutions while maintaining strong legal judgement.
Just imagine turning complex privacy rules into clear guidance that helps colleagues make confident decisions. Then make it real.
As our Privacy Manager, you’ll provide practical privacy and data protection advice across an international organisation. You’ll translate legal requirements into useful guidance, support assessments and internal enquiries, and monitor developments in data protection, employment privacy and digital regulation. You’ll also contribute to the daily work of our small, global Privacy Office.
If you’ve worked in a role where you supported a Data Protection Authority, Privacy Office, data protection function or privacy practice, you’ll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn privacy requirements into proportionate solutions while maintaining sound legal judgement.
You’ll join a small, global Privacy Office where colleagues share expertise and rely on one another to get the work done. You’ll work independently while remaining closely connected to the team. You’ll ask thoughtful questions, communicate clearly and speak up when you see a different way forward, including when working with senior colleagues.
You’ll become a trusted colleague who delivers reliable advice and helps others navigate privacy questions with confidence. You’ll contribute to stronger guidelines, standards and processes while building effective relationships across legal, compliance, security, risk and audit teams. As privacy and technology continue to evolve, you’ll help the team turn new requirements into practical ways of working.
