Novo Nordisk is seeking a Data Governance Professional to shape privacy and AI compliance in Enterprise IT. You will own privacy requirements, translate regulatory demands and support IT teams and data owners across the data lifecycle.

As Lead Data Ethics Responsible (DER) for Enterprise IT, you will coordinate the local DER network and contribute to policies, controls and practical guidance, while collaborating with stakeholders to simplify compliance and enable responsible data use.

Formación

• A relevant degree in law, IT, digital governance, data science or business, or equivalent experience.
• Interest in privacy, data protection, AI governance and information security.
• Curiosity about how IT, AI and data science work, including data handling.
• Analytical ability to translate complex information into actionable guidance.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and develop privacy requirements, controls and guidance for IT solutions.
• Work with specialists to keep content current and changes through governance processes.
• Provide practical privacy and AI compliance support to IT teams and data owners.
• Act as Lead DER for Enterprise IT and coordinate the DER network.
• Contribute to policies and frameworks on privacy, AI, data science, and information security.
• Help shape projects to simplify compliance and implement requirements.
• Develop and deliver training and communication to clarify requirements.
