Job summary

Frontmatec is seeking a Costing Engineer to strengthen our costing and pricing capabilities across Meat Solutions Europe. You will develop and maintain costing models and analyze costs to support profitable project execution.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Project Management to drive accurate costing, enable competitive pricing, and continuous process improvements across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of costing, engineering, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

• Support quotation and sales activities with accurate costing data.

Frontmatec is looking for a Costing Engineer to play a key role in strengthening our costing and pricing capabilities across Meat Solutions Europe.

This position is critical to ensuring accurate cost calculations, competitive pricing, and profitable project execution. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Project Management, helping the business understand cost drivers and improve commercial decision‑making.

• 3+ years of experience within costing, engineering, manufacturing, project business, finance, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

This role offers a hybrid working environment. While many of your closest colleagues and stakeholders are based in Southern Denmark, you will collaborate with teams across our European organization.
