Job summary

Relesys is looking for a Presales Consultant Intern to learn and impact client collaboration and project management within our Solution Excellence Team in Copenhagen. You will help structure, communicate, and coordinate the process of bridging complex ideas from diverse stakeholders into tailored app concepts and proposals.

You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting cross-functional teams, shaping client engagements, and developing materials for training and onboarding while exploring software

Qualifications

• Organized with a creative mind and eagerness to learn.
• Willing to work full-time during the internship.
• Strong Danish and English skills (spoken and written).
• Based in or near Copenhagen; on-site internship.
• Interest in communication, client care and project management.
• Possibly studying related fields and open to long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist on projects guiding clients in strategic communication and content strategy.
• Support conceptualizing and building the app with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with sales, product, development and support teams.
• Help with project timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Prepare training materials and participate in client training sessions.
