Job summary

Qualifications

  • PhD in Computational Sciences or similar is required.
  • Strong expertise in analyses of biology-related large datasets.
  • Experience with single-cell and spatial data analysis is advantageous.
  • Cross-species gene mapping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent and collaborative research on plant–microbe interactions with data integration across species and data types.
  • Design and apply deep learning methods for omics data analyses.
  • Collaborate with international partners and contribute to joint research efforts.
  • Present work at group meetings, conferences, and in high-quality publications.
  • Contribute to supervision of MSc and PhD students and foster an inclusive environment.
