Job summary

Copenhagen Business School invites applications for a Postdoc position in the AI-PROCARE project, funded by Nordforsk, within the Department of Digitalization. The postdoc will conduct philosophy-of-technology and HCI/IS research with a focus on procurement of AI in Nordic healthcare settings.

The successful candidate will work under senior researchers to evaluate guidelines, study work environment implications, and contribute to publications; a 1.5-year fixed-term contract with regular presence

Qualifications

• Must hold a PhD in Philosophy of technology, HCI or Information Systems.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong research potential with theoretical and qualitative analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops ethical criteria for evaluating procurement guidelines and reconstructs EU AI Act principles for guideline assessment.
• Provides philosophical/theoretical account of employee wellbeing in healthcare procurement contexts.
• Designs thought experiments and case variations for workshops with healthcare professionals; analyzes practitioner judgments.
• Identifies and analyzes trade-offs between competing principles in procurement decisions.
• Co-authors publications.
