Job summary

Qualifications

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering with analog/mixed-signal IC specialization.
  • Documented experience in analog circuit design and layout in CMOS processes.
  • Proven track record with tapeout and silicon validation.

Responsibilities

  • Define system-level specifications including voltage/current ratings, switching frequency targets, and thermal budgets.
  • Evaluate and select fabrication technologies and IC process nodes to achieve target power module performance.
  • Perform transistor-level circuit design, including noise, mismatch, process corners, and Monte Carlo analyses.
  • Undertake IC layout, physical verification, and tapeout preparation.
  • Carry out laboratory measurements and silicon validation of designed circuits.
  • Disseminate results through high-impact publications and international conferences.
