Job summary

Qualifications

PhD or equivalent research experience in psychology, behaviour science, public health, digital health, or related field.
Strong knowledge of behaviour change theories and frameworks.
Experience with digital health interventions or mobile app behaviour support.
Strong collaboration skills in interdisciplinary teams including clinicians, developers, health economists.
Excellent communication in Danish and English (written and oral).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to co-design app features that promote sustained behaviour change.
Review and apply theoretical frameworks and empirical evidence on behaviour change mechanisms.
Identify BCTs appropriate for PAD patients, including those with low health literacy or vulnerabilities.
Collect and analyse usability and engagement data from usability testing, pilots, interviews, surveys.
Contribute to app iteration, interface design, and content generation ensuring alignment with BCTs and self‑determination theory.
Prepare high‑quality publications and present at conferences.
