Job summary

Aarhus University is seeking a PostDoc in aerobiological modelling to advance WRF-Chem for bioaerosols, including grass pollen and fungal spores. Qualifications

• PhD in environmental science, physics, chemistry, mathematics, engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and extend WRF-Chem for bioaerosols (pollen/fungal spores).
• Dynamical integration of near real-time data into WRF-Chem.
• Develop ML models using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow on Poleno Jupiter data.
• Model grass pollen and fungi like Alternaria alternata and Phytophtora infestans.
• Collaborate with technicians; disseminate results via manuscripts and conferences.
