Job summary

Capital Four is seeking an Operations Specialist for its Copenhagen team. The role focuses on post-trading processes across private debt, syndicated loans and fixed income assets, with responsibilities spanning trade settlement, cash management, data reconciliation and compliance checks.

You will join a dynamic, agile, international environment and help drive operational excellence through day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives, while supporting colleagues and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and collaboration with teams across on- and off-shite processes.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with focus on accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support in settlement of our investments
• Day-to-day trade and cash management
• Data reconciliation related to our investments
• Assisting in implementing and performing day-to-day compliance checks
• Assisting in the Net Asset Value production
• Regulatory implementations
• Assisting and training new employees
• Ad-hoc projects
