• Comfortable working with complexity in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience from healthcare or medtech is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Act as a key point of contact for markets and cross-functional stakeholders, independently resolving routine portfolio questions and coordinating input when broader alignment is needed.
• Lead defined portfolio projects and smaller workstreams independently, including scoping, planning, stakeholder alignment, execution, risk management and follow-up.
• Support processes and system tasks.
• Support MDR activities and claiming document reviews.
• Own and coordinate IFU and labelling updates, ensuring alignment across relevant stakeholders and systems.
• Support quality reviews and supply chain processes.
• Support internal and external events.
• Drive planning and follow-ups from team meetings.
