Job description

PMO Senior Manager, Creative & Design Studio

We're on the hunt for a PMO Manager, Creative & Design Studio! Could you be the game‑changer we're seeking?

As PMO Manager, Creative & Design Studio, you will be at the heart of how we bring our creative vision to life across the Pandora organization. You will ensure that creativity and product design are translated into impactful, scalable outputs while enabling Creative Direction to focus on the highest-value priorities.

Your mission

Maximize the strategic and creative impact of Creative Direction through exceptional management of priorities, people, processes, and projects. This includes transforming creative vision into concrete, aligned, and scalable initiatives that drive value across the entire organization and ensuring concepts, collections, and product assets are internally available in the right formats and within the right timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the rhythm of the creative process

  • Lead the rhythm of the creative process, ensuring creativity is both protected and accessible to the right stakeholders in the right way and at the right time.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize activities, meetings, initiatives, and stakeholders. Ensure that the time and attention of key creative leaders are allocated to the highest-value strategic activities.
  • Coordinate activities with the SVP Creative Directors' agenda – ensuring proper time with the team, focus on products, and dedicated time for creativity – while aligning with key milestones, PR activities, market visits, corporate activities, and travel.

Coordinate the planning of creative activities, decision‑making forums, and key project milestones

  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams supporting Creative Direction in their deliverables – bringing ideas to life in ways that can be understood by internal and external stakeholders (cross‑functional collaboration, corporate activities, PR interviews, internal product installations, etc.).
  • Oversee resources dedicated to visualizing the creative vision (physically and digitally) and bringing product presentations to life.
  • Foster collaboration among designers, graphic designers, visual creators, and external creative suppliers. Build a dynamic team able to work on multiple projects with distinct identities based on specific objectives (internal alignment, presentations to markets, etc.).
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all outputs.

Support the translation of the creative vision into clear, compelling, and consistent narratives for leadership and internal/external stakeholders

  • Ensure that all content effectively communicates creative intent, strategic direction, and product attributes.
  • Manage the execution of photoshoots, video productions, visual content, and storytelling experiences. Monitor timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and deliverables while maintaining high‑quality standards.
What will make you successful
  • Passion for the jewellery industry, with curiosity for fashion, art, and new trends. A deep understanding of the dynamics that drive innovation, cultural relevance, and the evolution of creative vision.
  • Ability to build credible and influential relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to enable effective decision‑making processes and act as a transparent communicator across the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities through example, influence, and credibility.
  • High standards of execution and the ability to promote a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and a joyful culture centered around a love for products.
  • Ability to work with (directly or through your team) advanced, AI‑driven tools with a high level of refinement. Strong ability to build PowerPoint presentations with refined solutions and animations.
  • Outstanding planning and coordination capabilities, with a strong ability to manage processes, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
