Build the platform that every Relesys engineer ships on! We are looking for a Platform Engineer to join our Engineering team and take ownership of the infrastructure and tooling that sits beneath everything we build and ship.
You will work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling – designing the systems that make it safe, fast, and repeatable for product teams to deliver software. You treat the platform as a product, with developers as your customers, and you care deeply about the quality of what you build: clean Infrastructure as Code, well‑designed pipelines, and a path to production that engineers actually enjoy using.
If you are the kind of engineer who gets satisfaction from replacing a fragile manual process with something robust, observable, and reusable and you want the scope to do that at scale, this is your role.
We are experiencing significant growth through a strategic partnership, giving you a rare opportunity to make a large impact in a rapidly expanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve CI/CD pipelines and the deployment model, making continuous delivery safe and repeatable across our engineering teams
- Manage and improve the Azure infrastructure underpinning our environments, with Infrastructure as Code
- Establish golden paths: reusable templates, modules, and standards that make the right way the easy way for product teams
- Support security in the platform and pipelines – secrets management, dependency and image scanning, policy‑as‑code, and beyond
- Collaborate closely with the Quality Engineering Lead to align pipeline quality gates with delivery standards
- Contribute to Developer Experience (DevEx) tooling that reduces friction and gives engineers faster feedback loops
Who Are You?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2‑3 years of relevant experience as a software engineer, ideally with an understanding of modern SaaS product development in an agile environment
- Proficient in writing and reviewing automation, tooling, and pipeline code – this is hands‑on work
- Solid, hands‑on experience with Azure and comfortable owning cloud infrastructure in production
- Experience utilizing Infrastructure as Code
- Designed and maintained CI/CD pipelines
- Experience driving technical excellence around continuous delivery and advocating for better practices in an engineering team
- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English
- Based in or near Odense or Copenhagen
Nice to Have (Non‑required)
- Familiarity with DORA metrics and how to work with them
- Experience with observability tooling
- Background in SRE, operating SLOs and error budgets in production
- Experience with Developer Experience (DevEx) tooling
