Job summary

Terma A/S is seeking a Planner in the Planning & Analytics department (Terma Aerostructures) to support master production schedules and ensure timely release and maintenance of production orders. You will coordinate across materials, labour, and equipment, maintaining product structures and routing configurations while engaging with multiple internal stakeholders.

You have a few years of experience in supply chain or production planning, strong Excel skills, and a good understanding of MRP

Responsibilities

Your role in our team

As our new Planner, you will support the execution of master production schedules and ensure that production shop orders are released, maintained, and updated according to the correct product structures and routing configurations.

In this role, you will help create transparency, predictability, and flow in a complex production environment by coordinating plans across materials, labor, equipment availability, and production priorities. You will work closely with production, engineering, quality, and other internal stakeholders to address or elevate potential delays in a timely manner.

You will become part of our Planning & Analytics department in Terma Aerostructures, which is responsible for the overall production planning process and supports both day-to-day execution and longer-term operational decision-making. You will join a diverse team of 9 colleagues across age, gender, and nationality. We work closely together across the department and with production and other internal stakeholders in an informal environment where collaboration, responsibility, and clear communication are key.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

• Create, modify, and manage production plans and related production shop orders in the ERP system.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and promptly address and resolve/escalate plan adherence issues to minimize delays in production.
• Ensure that the production shop orders are released and stay updated to the correct product structures and routing configurations.
• Coordinate production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
• Effect and communicate changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

• You hold an academic degree within Supply Chain Management, Economics or Manufacturing Engineering
• You have some years of experience within supply chain or production planning and scheduling.
• Good understanding of MRP Systems
• Good knowledge of Excel

As a person, you are structured, systematic, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to keep an overview in a complex production environment. You approach tasks with a sense of responsibility and are proactive in following up when plans, priorities, or deadlines change.

You are able to manage several tasks at the same time without losing track and remain calm when priorities shift. You communicate clearly and constructively across functions and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
