Qualifications

• MSc equivalent to Danish master's degree (180 ETCS + 120 ETCS MSc) or international equivalent.
• Strong Python experience and Linux/Unix command-line proficiency.
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data analysis; ML theory and practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate models predicting RNA localization in neurons.
• Integrate RNA sequence, structure and RBP interactions with biological function.
