Job summary

Copenhagen Business School’s Department of Organization invites applications for one PhD scholarship in artificial intelligence (AI) and management education. The project explores AI-assisted learning experiences, executive education, and lifelong learning, with international collaboration and residency at CBS IOA.

The PhD lasts three years with teaching obligations and international conference participation.

Qualifications

• Master-level education (3+2 Bologna) required.
• Social sciences background preferred.
• Master's degree must be completed before starting the PhD at CBS.
• High proficiency in academic English (writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate or graduate courses in organization theory and organizational analysis.
• Conduct research under supervision of CBS faculty and participate in international conferences.
• Engage in lifelong learning themes within AI and management education.
