Copenhagen Business School’s Department of Organization (IOA) invites applications for one PhD scholarship in AI and management education. The project explores how AI-assisted learning engages students and educators, with emphasis on executive education and lifelong learning.

The PhD is a three-year program with teaching duties, international exposure, and time at another research institution as a visiting PhD student. Start Feb 1, 2027, salary per CBS agreement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the social sciences or equivalent.
• High-level academic English in writing and speaking.
• Master's degree must be completed before starting the PhD programme.

Responsibilities

• Undergraduate or graduate teaching and supervision in subjects such as organization theory and organizational analysis.
• Participation in CBS PhD School activities and international research conferences.
