Job summary

ORIFARM A/S in Odense invites a Project Manager to join the PMO and oversee the pipeline of own-/co-developed pharma products from early qualification to market launch.

You will build and optimize project plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are met while aligning internal stakeholders across Business Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain and Sales. Fluent Danish and English are required, with a commercial mindset and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate with a commercial mindset and understanding of pharmaceutical development.
• Independent, structured and proactive with a can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and optimize project plans across lifecycle.
• Monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment between Business Development, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Sales.
• Facilitate alignment with development partners (CDO/CDMO).
• Drive Stage Gate governance and reporting on status, risks, and financials.
• Support data processing and analysis as needed.
