The role covers employment law, employee relations, and coordinating cross-border HR solutions, in a highly international environment. Workday experience is a plus and timely, compliant HR support is essential.

Qualifications

• Proactive HR professional in a dynamic, international environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and collective agreements.
• Experience with cross-border employment and multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR guidance to leaders and employees.
• Manage HR queries to conclusion for positive employee experience.
• Coordinate with Legal, Payroll, Tax, and global HR teams.
• Support onboarding, performance management, and lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies.
