Pandora in Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking a Senior Designer for Modern Classics & Diamonds to lead creative projects from concept to prototyping, collaborating with the Design Director and cross-functional teams to evolve iconic collections.

You will translate briefs into concepts, develop mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings, mentor junior designers, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining Pandora's brand DNA and sustainability standards.

Formación

• Extensive experience designing jewellery within fashion, luxury, or jewellery brand.
• Strong hand-sketching and visual communication skills.
• Proven experience leading design projects from concept to prototype.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design projects from concept to prototype and CAD finalization.
• Translate briefs into innovative product concepts and sketches.
• Develop collections within the Modern Classics & Diamonds category.
• Collaborate with the Design Director and cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
• Mentor junior designers and review CADs/prototypes for quality.
