As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious desserts and pastries that will delight our guests. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients and equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail with a creative eye for design
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
