Job summary

Oxfam Denmark is seeking a Partnership Manager to strengthen its international programme and manage country/regional partner relationships. You will oversee grant lifecycles, donor relations, and reporting, while embedding feminist and rights-based approaches across the portfolio.

The role is a maternity cover until 01 July 2027, with hybrid work options in Copenhagen. You will join the Business Development and Partnerships team, representing Oxfam Denmark in international forums and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience managing grants and projects through their full lifecycle, including donor relations and reporting.
• Builds trusting partnership relations and is comfortable representing an organisation in international forums.
• Sees influencing as an integral part of good programming.
• Committed to feminist, rights-based, and decolonial principles as embedded in Oxfam Denmark's Local Leadership Strategy.
• Fluent in English and preferably French.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of country and/or regional partner relationships and representing Oxfam Denmark in relevant Oxfam International forums.
• Overseeing the full lifecycle of assigned grants and projects and supporting donor relations, ensuring timely and high-quality reporting.
• Ensuring that influencing strategies are integral to project and partnership design.
• Acting as focal point for the gender area and bringing expertise into play across the portfolio.
