Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Partner Learning & Content Coordinator to shape engaging learning experiences for Partners across Northern Europe on a 12-month parental cover contract. You’ll develop content across formats and work with multi-country stakeholders.

The role focuses on accessibility, quality, and consistency of learning, including AI-generated content and digital solutions. Based in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, you’ll collaborate with Learning & Development and market teams.

Qualifications

• Experience creating learning content across digital, classroom and blended formats.
• Experience with LMS platforms, such as LearningBank and Articulate Rise 360.
• Strong writing and content development skills with audience engagement.
• Ability to balance multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content across digital, classroom and blended learning formats that support Partner and leadership development across Northern Europe.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and markets to create relevant learning experiences aligned with business needs.
• Manage and optimise learning content within LearningBank and other learning platforms, ensuring accessibility, consistency and quality.
• Support the development of innovative learning solutions, including AI-generated content, video-based learning and future learning technologies.
• Coordinate the proofreading, translation and continuous maintenance of learning materials across multiple markets.
• Use learner feedback, engagement data and insights to continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
