Job summary

Specsavers, based in Nordhavn, Denmark, is seeking a Partner Learning & Content Coordinator for a 12-month parental cover contract to shape engaging learning experiences for Partners across Northern Europe.

You will design and develop content across digital, classroom, and blended formats, collaborate with stakeholders across five countries, and manage LearningBank and other platforms to ensure consistency and quality. The role emphasizes innovation, accessibility, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Experience within learning content creation, instructional design or learning development.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as LearningBank and Articulate Rise 360.
• Strong writing and content development skills.
• Experience creating content across multiple learning formats, including digital, classroom and blended learning.
• Experience working with a broad range of stakeholders and balancing multiple priorities.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning content across digital, classroom and blended learning formats that support Partner and leadership development across Northern Europe.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and markets to create relevant learning experiences aligned with business needs.
• Manage and optimise learning content within LearningBank and other learning platforms, ensuring accessibility, consistency and quality.
• Support the development of innovative learning solutions, including AI-generated content, video-based learning and future learning technologies.
• Coordinate the proofreading, translation and continuous maintenance of learning materials across multiple markets.
• Use learner feedback, engagement data and insights to continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of learning initiatives.
