To strengthen our Partner Development team, we're looking for a Partner Learning & Content Coordinator to join us on a 12-month parental cover contract. In this role, you'll help shape engaging learning experiences and development initiatives that support Partners and leaders across Northern Europe.
The Partner Development team plays a key role in supporting Specsavers’ unique partnership model. Through impactful learning and development initiatives, we help our Partners, the entrepreneurs who own and lead our stores, build successful businesses and high-performing teams. We also support colleagues who aspire to become Partners in the future. Together, our work helps both current and future Partners deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You'll join a collaborative and passionate team focused on helping Partners succeed across Northern Europe. Reporting to the Senior Partner Development Manager, you'll work closely with colleagues across Learning & Development, Retail Operations, Professional Advancement, P&O, Communications and local market teams.
As our Partner Learning & Content Coordinator, you'll help strengthen learning and leadership development across Northern Europe by creating engaging content that supports our Partners and their teams. You'll play an important role in making learning accessible, relevant and effective across a variety of learning formats and platforms.
This is a highly collaborative role where you'll partner with stakeholders across five countries to create meaningful and relevant learning experiences. From leadership programmes and digital learning to new technology-enabled solutions, you'll help ensure our training content remains engaging, consistent and aligned with business needs.
