Job summary

Lundbeck seeks a motivated student assistant to join the Projects & Operational Excellence team in Valby, Denmark. You will support project managers, prepare training materials and LEAN initiatives, and help deploy digital tools across the team.

You will learn project management, LEAN, and data-driven performance in a pharmaceutical production setting while balancing your study commitments and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant higher education program in engineering, business, supply chain or operations.
• Interest in project management, continuous improvement, LEAN, or manufacturing.
• Good digital skills and confidence with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination and follow-up on actions and tasks.
• Prepare training materials, LEAN activities, workshops, and practical initiatives.
• Help deploy and embed digital tools and routines across the team.
• Translate training materials into Danish or English for clarity.
• Provide administrative support: meetings, agendas, minutes, and tracking actions.
• Collect, organize, and visualize project and performance data.
• Prepare communications, templates and presentations for OE activities.
• Support planning and coordination of team workshops and training sessions.
• Maintain structured project information in digital tools and shared workspaces.
• Follow up on actions and keep priorities and milestones visible.
• Contribute ideas to improve how the team works together.
