Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim invites a motivated student to join the Animal Health Nordic Pets marketing team in Copenhagen. You will gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, content coordination, and events across the Nordic region.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a bachelor program in Marketing, Science, or Business Administration, fluent in English and one of Danish/Swedish/Norwegian, and eager to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor program in Marketing, Science, Business Administration or similar.
• Fluent in English; Danish/Swedish/Norwegian language skills preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily marketing operations, including PO requests, compliance processes, material uploads, mailbox monitoring.
• Assist with marketing materials and digital content, including quotations, website updates, Facebook monitoring, and content coordination for the digital Vet Magazine.
• Coordinate internal events, sponsorships, speaker agreements and other marketing activities across the Nordic Pets team.
• Report to BU Head Pets Nordic and collaborate with Marketing Coordinator.
