Job summary

BOLIA in Aarhus is seeking a Customer Care Consultant for the French market. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service while supporting sales, working from our head office in Værkmestergade.

Part-time (12–15 hours per week) with shifts including some evenings and weekends; you will handle inquiries by phone, email, and social media, resolve complaints, and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, written and spoken.
• Fluent in English; Danish is a plus but not required.
• Strong service mindset and ability to handle tasks quickly.
• Experience with telephone and written customer service is an advantage.
• Comfort with IT tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers and stores by phone, email and social media.
• Handling complaints and ensuring quick resolutions.
• Follow-up on payments, deliveries, and other admin tasks.
• Collaborating with other departments and stores.
• Ensuring efficient workflows and customer solutions with colleagues.
