Job summary

Patiro is seeking a part-time Business Intelligence Specialist in Aalborg to transform complex data into clear insights for marketing, screening, and the patient journey. You will build reports, identify opportunities, and collaborate with medical and leadership teams.

Hours are 5-15 per week, with start date as soon as possible. The role emphasizes independent work, data quality, and practical recommendations for improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience with BI tools and Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Ability to distinguish meaningful patterns from misleading signals.
• Clear communication of findings.
• Independent, ownership from question to recommendation.
• Careful with sensitive data and understands data privacy.
• Experience with database querying, data visualization tools and marketing analytics is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Explore data across marketing, screening, and the patient journey to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Analyse marketing outreach performance to understand which channels, campaigns, and audiences generate relevant patient engagement.
• Examine screening processes to identify bottlenecks, understand reasons for exclusion, and improve efficiency in collaboration with our medical team.
• Map the patient journey to understand where patients disengage, experience delays, or need better support.
• Build and maintain clear reports and dashboards that make performance easy to understand.
• Connect data from different sources, check its quality, and highlight gaps that affect our conclusions.
• Translate findings into practical recommendations and help measure whether changes deliver improvements.
