Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Manager.

• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Primavera or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects including planning budgeting scheduling and resource management.
• Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee safety protocols on job sites.
• Hire and supervise construction workers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses and progress reports.
