• Must have own visa for working in Denmark.

We are in need of a skilled and reliable Part-Time Construction Manager to join our team As a construction manager you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and according to quality standards

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to develop project plans and schedules
• Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are met
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates issues and resolutions
• Oversee budgeting and cost control for materials and labor
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on site
• Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship
• Address any delays or issues that may arise during the construction process
