Job description

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month and we offer free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with architects, engineers and other stakeholders
• Monitor progress and performance of construction projects
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and legal requirements
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, team members, contractors, etc.
• Provide regular updates on project status to upper management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and legal requirements
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of workers
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects is preferred
• Knowledge of construction software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6 is a plus
