Job summary

ProfilHotels Copenhagen Plaza is seeking a dedicated, service-minded Part-Time Breakfast Chef to join our morning team in the heart of Copenhagen. You will prepare, present, and maintain the breakfast buffet and also cook daily staff meals for our hotel team.

Ideal candidates enjoy early hours, work well under time pressure, speak English confidently, and take pride in hygiene and guest experience. The role is 20 hours per week across three morning shifts, with weekends included.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the early hours and enjoys working in a warm, elegant, and fast‑paced hotel environment in the heart of Copenhagen.

About the Position

As our Breakfast Chef, you will play a key role in delivering a high‑quality breakfast experience to our guests. You will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and maintaining our breakfast buffet, ensuring everything is fresh, inviting, and beautifully arranged. The role also includes preparing daily staff meals for our hotel team (+/- 25 pers).

Main Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking breakfast items
• Cooking and planningstaff meals for hotel employees
• Setting up, replenishing, and maintaining the breakfast buffet
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience working in a kitchen, breakfast service, or hotel environment
• Canteen experience is a plus, but not a requirement
• Enjoys early morning shifts and can work efficiently under time pressure
• Is responsible, structured, and quality‑focused
• Speaks English confidently
• Contributes positively to the team and work environment

Working Hours
