Job summary

ProfilHotels Copenhagen Plaza seeks a friendly Breakfast Service Employee to join our Front of House team. You will be the face of our breakfast service, greeting guests and ensuring a warm, welcoming start to their day in our iconic Copenhagen hotel near Tivoli Gardens.

You will assist with buffet setup, beverage service, and smooth coordination with FOH and kitchen staff. The role is part-time with morning shifts, offering an international team environment and opportunities within Ligula

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant service is an advantage but not required.
• Be guest-focused, positive and able to work in a diverse team.
• Good command of English; Danish language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and professional manner.
• Prepare, replenish and maintain the breakfast buffet.
• Prepare coffee, tea and other beverages for guests.
• Clear tables and keep the dining area clean and orderly.

Breakfast Service Employee – Front of House

ProfilHotels Copenhagen Plaza is looking for a service‑minded and welcoming Breakfast Service Employee to join our Front of House team. You will be part of delivering a warm, professional start to the day for our guests in one of Copenhagen’s most iconic hotels, located right next to Tivoli Gardens.

About the Role

As a Breakfast Service Employee, you are the face of our breakfast restaurant. You ensure that guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout their morning experience. You work closely with both the kitchen and service team to maintain a smooth, inviting and well‑organized breakfast service.

Main Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and providing a warm, professional welcome

• Preparing, replenishing and maintaining the breakfast buffet

• Preparing coffee, tea and other beverages

• Clearing tables and keeping the dining area clean and orderly

• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety

• Collaborating with the FOH and kitchen team for seamless operations

Your Profile

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant service is an advantage, but not required

• Positive, structured and guest‑focused

• Comfortable with early morning shifts

• Good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)

• Enjoys working in a dynamic, international team

Working Hours

Morning shifts primarily between 05:30 – 13:00, including weekends according to schedule.
