Responsibilities

• Mixing and preparing doughs using proper techniques and measurements
• Operating ovens and other baking equipment
• Monitoring baking process to ensure quality and consistency
• Decorating and finishing products as needed
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and equipment
• Ability to follow recipes accurately
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality products consistently
• Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, bending and carrying heavy trays or ingredients
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
