Dvisionmedia in Odense is seeking a proactive Social Ads Manager to plan, set up and optimize campaigns on Meta and TikTok. You’ll work with full-funnel strategies, handle daily client communication via Slack, and manage budgets with autonomy from day one.

You’ll join a specialized team with mentorship, access to the latest tools, and the opportunity to work with Denmark's ambitious brands in a hybrid Odense-based role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with social ads managers (Meta, TikTok).
• Understanding of full-funnel marketing and awareness stages.
• Data-driven approach; translate numbers into action.
• Autonomy and ownership over clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Mentoring and openness to feedback.
• Hybrid work model based in Odense.
