Job summary

Roberta’s Society is seeking a Night & Security Manager to lead the overnight operation from 23:00 to 07:00. This full-time role oversees security, guest safety, and the night team, reporting to the Hostel & Hotel Manager.

You will ensure smooth handovers, maintain high service standards, and support the hotel’s overnight needs 365 days a year. The role requires strong leadership, ownership of overnight procedures, and the ability to work independently during shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel night operations.
• Proven ability to supervise security and guest-related issues overnight.
• Strong decision-making and ownership during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overnight operation from start to finish.
• Recruit, onboard and train the night team; manage sickness and cover shifts.
• Act as on-call escalation point for operational or security issues overnight.
• Coordinate with the Hostel & Hotel Manager to improve procedures and standards.
• Ensure a calm, safe and professional environment for guests and staff.
