Job summary

SkatePro ApS in Denmark is looking for an Outbound Coordinator to lead a team of about 30 colleagues in picking and packing, setting direction and pace every day. You will allocate resources, ensure on-time parcel shipments, and monitor KPIs.

The role is permanent, full-time, daytime hours Monday to Friday, with opportunities to manage temporary staff during peak seasons and develop as a leader. English is essential to collaborate with international colleagues.

Qualifications

• Wants to lead and develop as a leader.
• Structured, decisive and driven by results.
• Fluent in English to collaborate with international colleagues.
• No specific logistics education required.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and coordinate resources in picking and packing throughout the day.
• Make sure parcels are shipped on time.
• Follow up on KPIs and keep productivity high.
• Motivate the team and set the direction and pace, especially when busy.
• Manage extra staff during peak season (e.g., Black Friday and Christmas).
