Job summary

Weibel Scientific is seeking an OT Engineer to join the R&D Hardware team, helping define and maintain OT infrastructure and cybersecurity for radar systems. You will work across hardware, software, and systems engineering with IT security, project managers, and production teams.

You will shape OT architecture, implement STIGs, perform risk assessments, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience in OT, IT infra, or cybersecurity.
• Clear understanding of engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain OT architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Support cybersecurity throughout product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineers, IT, and suppliers.
• Assist audits and security reviews.
• Contribute to continuous OT process improvements.
