Job summary

Arla Foods A.m.b.a in Denmark is seeking an Operational Network Planner for the Rødkærsbro cluster on a 12-month maternity cover. You will contribute to end-to-end supply chain planning for mozzarella and pizza toppings, collaborating with Supply Chain, Commercial and Production teams.

You will join a small planning team and help balance production capacity, inventory and waste while maintaining service levels across markets.

Qualifications

  • Hold a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree within Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • Have experience within supply chain planning, logistics or manufacturing, preferably working within S&OE or short-term planning horizons.
  • Are comfortable analysing data and using insights to support operational decisions.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders across different functions and organisational levels.
  • Are curious, proactive and motivated by continuous improvement and optimisation.

Responsibilities

  • Optimizing supply chain performance through root cause analysis and data-driven decisions.
  • Monitoring relevant KPIs and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
  • Conducting scenario planning to mitigate availability risks, reduce waste, and assess the impact of demand fluctuations on finished goods.
  • Escalating unresolved short-term imbalances to global or local S&OE executive forums and key stakeholders.
  • Leading proactive dialogue between Supply Chain and Commercial teams to solve complex issues.
  • Identifying and contributing to optimization initiatives from an end-to-end perspective.

Operational Network Planner (Maternity cover), Arla – Rødkærsbro

We are looking for an Operational Network Planner for CBP Rødkærsbro cluster.

This position is a maternity cover and is expected to run for 12 months.

How you will make an impact

As an Operational Network Planner, you will play a key role within the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) horizon, ensuring that we deliver excellent service levels to customers while balancing production capacity, inventory levels and waste reduction across markets and warehouses.

You will join a highly collaborative planning team consisting of four Site Schedulers, two Operational Network Planners and one Component Planner, supporting two production sites. Working closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Commercial and Production, you will help drive operational decisions that create value across the end-to-end supply chain.

Your key responsibilities will include

  • Optimizing supply chain performance through root cause analysis and data-driven decisions.
