Job summary

Philip Morris ApS is seeking a hands-on OPEN+ specialist to deploy and sustain systems across our factory. You will coach leaders and teams to embed daily practices, improve accountability, and drive value through structured loss reduction and capability development.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and training delivery to build sustainable performance improvements in a global organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or operations environments with continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of leading or supporting change and improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use performance data and insights to drive actions and business results.
• Experience coaching individuals, facilitating workshops, and developing teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and capability-building activities.
• Support Daily Direction Setting, Autonomous Maintenance, Problem Solving, and Loss Elimination processes.
• Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical Services teams on improvement initiatives.

Impact You'll Own

• Increase organizational capability by coaching leaders and teams to successfully adopt and sustain OPEN+ ways of working
• Improve factory performance through structured loss analysis and targeted improvement initiatives that reduce operational losses
• Strengthen accountability and ownership across line structures through effective deployment of OPEN+ systems and standards
• Accelerate the Zero Loss journey by embedding Daily Direction Setting, Autonomous Maintenance, and problem-solving capabilities

What You'll Do

Must-Have

• Experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or continuous improvement environments
• Proven experience leading or supporting change and improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to use performance data and insights to drive actions and business results
• Experience coaching individuals, facilitating workshops, and developing teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, Integrated Work Systems (IWS), World Class Manufacturing (WCM), or similar frameworks
• Experience working with continuous improvement operating systems such as OPEN+
