Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our Merchandising team. You will embed in the customer environment, configure, extend and build on the RELEX platform to drive measurable improvements in supply chain planning.

You'll travel to customer sites, work closely with product engineers and pre-sales, and help translate technical work into business value. Strong English and quick domain learning are essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing and building software end-to-end.
Strong system design and observability fundamentals.
Experience building integrations for downstream or customer-facing systems.
Comfort with travel and on-site customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Own technical delivery end to end from discovery through go-live.
Instrument deployments and measure outcomes against baselines.
Own the technical customer relationship and requirements.
Capture gaps and prototypes to feed the roadmap.
Enable customer self-sufficiency via knowledge transfer.
Grow the account by surfacing adjacent use cases with the team.
Support commercial activity with feasibility assessments and demos.
