Job summary

TwoScore - HSEQ Recruitment is seeking an HSE Coordinator for a major construction project in Esbjerg, Denmark. The role involves day-to-day Health and Safety support on site, collaborating with contractors and project teams to sustain high safety standards.

You will conduct site inspections, assist risk assessments, incident investigations, inductions and toolbox talks while promoting a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Health and Safety experience.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or high risk sectors.
• A recognised Health and Safety qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day Health and Safety support across the project
• Carry out regular site inspections, audits and safety observations
• Work closely with contractors and project teams to maintain safe working practices
• Review and support risk assessments, method statements and permit processes
• Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
• Deliver and support inductions, toolbox talks and site safety initiatives
• Monitor contractor compliance and follow up actions
• Help drive a positive and proactive Health and Safety culture across the project
