Job summary

Vento Energy Support ApS is seeking a Site Manager to lead Enercon wind turbine installations on-site. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage schedules, quality, and safety, and ensure successful handovers to operations.

The role requires a technical degree, 3+ years of wind turbine installation experience (Enercon preferred), and strong leadership and communication skills with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanics or equivalent technical education.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing wind turbine installation projects (onshore).
• Specific experience with Enercon turbines (installation or service/maintenance).
• GWO BST modules and GWO BTTs modules are a plus.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Fluency in English; EU work eligibility; valid driver's license; willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation and handover for Enercon wind turbine projects.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate work across internal teams, suppliers and clients.
• Monitor progress, time, quality and reporting; flag risks and propose actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and quality procedures.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety/quality briefings.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and management on site.
• Maintain documentation, change orders and site records.
• Control site logistics, materials, tools and equipment movements.
• Drive continuous improvement and share lessons learned.
• Ensure handover deliverables meet acceptance criteria for operations.
