DHL Aviation at Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) is seeking on-call Operations Agents to join our hub. You will sort packages arriving from around the world by car, truck, and plane, support timely connections, and assist with inspections and departures.

Two core teams—SORT and RAMP—work around the clock; roles require teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to learn through local training in a truly international environment.

Formación

Your Role in the Team as an on-call Operations Agent

You will play a vital role in sorting packages arriving from around the world via car, truck, and plane. You’ll help ensure timely connections and smooth operations. You’ll be part of a dedicated team with distinct responsibilities, always ready to support one another. You’ll report to our supervisors and contribute to thorough inspections and timely departures.

Our Hub operates around the clock.

We have two core teams:

• SORT Team (AM & PM): Responsible for sorting and staging packages, connecting ULDs with Ramp teams.
• RAMP Team (AM & PM): Responsible for loading/unloading ULDs from planes. A valid driver’s license is required for Ramp work.

• A positive Can-Do attitude and strong focus
• Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
• Able to work independently on detail-oriented tasks
• Fluent in English (used daily in our international environment)
• Willingness to learn and grow through local training seminars
