Job summary

Scandic Sydhavnen is seeking an on-call housekeeper to keep guest rooms sparkling and welcoming. You will greet guests with a smile and work in a flexible on-demand capacity to support housekeeping needs.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, able to work both independently and in a team, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. Training is provided; no prior housekeeping experience is required, and a Nordic language or English is sufficient for communication.

Qualifications

• Flexibility and on-call availability to meet operational needs.
• Reliability and punctuality in attendance and tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not required; training provided.
• Speak a Nordic language or communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms according to Scandic standards / Rengøring af værelser
• Guest contact and guest service / Gæstekontakt og gæsteservice
• Ensuring that Housekeeping’s stock levels and store rooms are in order / Sørge for orden på housekeepings lagre og i opbevaringsrum
• Handling guest’s lost property / Håndtere gæsternes glemte effekter
