Job summary

Scandic Copenhagen is seeking an on-call on-demand housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. You will clean guest rooms to Scandic standards, assist guests with a smile, and ensure storerooms and stock levels are in order.

Training is provided, and flexibility is required to cover shifts including weekends. You should be reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team, with a positive approach and careful attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Flexible and able to work on call, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and ownership of work quality.
• Experience in housekeeping is a plus but training is provided.
• Speak a Nordic language or English for guest communication.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Scandic standards.
• Provide guest contact and guest service as part of housekeeping.
• Keep stock levels and store rooms orderly.
• Handle guest lost property with care and discretion.
