Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead offshore wind turbine pre-assembly activities across European sites. You will manage safety, delivery, and quality, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive operational performance, maintain program alignment, and collaborate with Project Managers and clients while traveling internationally to project locations across Europe.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Construction Mgmt degree required or related discipline.
• SMSTS or equivalent site management qualification desirable.
• NEBOSH or equivalent HSE qualification desirable.
• Lifting operations and mechanical installation training advantageous.
• Full UK or EU driving licence desirable, subject to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day management and coordination of WTG pre-assembly site activities.
• Ensure site operations are delivered safely, efficiently and per project programme.
• Coordinate turbine pre-assembly activities: tower, nacelle, hub and blade prep where applicable.
• Manage site resources, labour, equipment and facilities to meet requirements.
• Monitor progress against milestones and implement recovery plans if delays occur.
• Lead site HSE activities and ensure compliance with policies and local laws.
