Job summary

Muehlhan Wind Service is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support health, safety and environmental standards at a wind turbine pre-assembly site in Denmark. You will provide proactive HSE guidance to site management, supervisors, contractors and personnel to ensure safe work practices across all activities.

The role focuses on promoting a positive safety culture, conducting inspections and audits, and implementing effective safety controls and RAMS.

Qualifications

NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent HSE qualification.
IOSH membership desirable.
First Aid qualification desirable.
Relevant industry safety training advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day HSE support to site management and teams.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits and behavioural observations.
Monitor compliance with HSE plans, RAMS and safe systems of work.
Review RAMS and develop task-specific risk assessments and method statements.
Ensure safe execution of lifting operations, working at height, mechanical assembly.
Monitor lifting operations involving cranes and turbine components.
Lead incident, near-miss and accident investigations with corrective actions.
Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and HSE briefings.
Promote workforce engagement and a positive safety culture.
Maintain HSE documentation and incident reporting systems.
