Job summary

A.P. Moller - Maersk is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the Ocean Cost & Trades Finance team to identify cost optimisation opportunities, track performance, and deliver insights to senior stakeholders. This 24-month fixed-term role offers exposure to cross-functional leadership and strategic cost initiatives.

You will partner with ocean and operations leaders, providing financial analysis, performance tracking, and governance support to realise measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering or performance management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with workstreams to identify cost optimisation opportunities.
• Drive financial insights and performance reporting to support decision making.
• Coordinate governance and reporting material for SteerCo and cross-functional workstreams.
• Collaborate with Ocean, Operations and Finance stakeholders to drive accountability.
